Personalized Fitness Plans
As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I am trained to assess your current situation and develop a plan that will address your areas of weakness and strengthen you for everyday life and beyond. When you sign up for a personalized fitness plan, this is what you get:
- A thorough assessment of your strengths, needs, and goals;
- A 12-week fitness plan delivered in PDF to your email, updated every 3 weeks with new workouts and instructions;
- A virtual meeting with me each time your plan changes to make sure you know exactly what to do;
- Access to me Monday through Saturday for 12-weeks for any questions and support that you need to follow your plan.
Nutrition Support Coaching
I am here to help you learn more about how to read food labels, what macronutrients are for and how to use them to fuel your body, and how to prep foods in healthy ways. I can help you learn to decipher the behaviors around food that are sabotaging progress toward your goals. And if your goal is to eat for performance, I can make suggestions for fueling your body based on your activity level. When you sign up for Nutrition Support Coaching, you will get:
- An understanding ear to really listen to your goals, likes, dislikes, cooking habits, preferences for eating out, what tools you have to prepare food, and the time you have at your disposal for meal planning and prep;
- A PDF of suggestions based on the information above;
- Virtual check-ins to help you stay accountable - you choose the frequency and format;
- Tips given on an ongoing basis for how to read food labels, how to make healthy choices on a daily basis, healthy cooking methods, healthy recipes that you will like, and how to eat out without sabotaging your goals!
Accountability Coaching
This is one of my most highly recommended services! People who sign up for my accountability coaching tell me it is one of the most surprisingly useful tools they have added to their arsenals for healthy living!
I provide check-ins by text/messaging up to 3 times a day, 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday) in 4, 8, or 12-week cycles. I can hold you to the fire about any goal you want to help you build better habits and stay honest about your progress. I will offer feedback and keep you focused on the goals you have set!
Drinking enough water, exercising regularly, speaking positively to yourself, taking a specific action toward a life change, planning ahead for meals, and eating out responsibly are just a few things I have been keeping people accountable about!
